So, where the heck is that new book, eh?

Well, would you look at the time? June already…

It was fully my intention to have the next book out on or before the anniversary date of Hench but the current state of affairs make that impossible, unfortunately. My apologies to the handful of people who have been waiting for what feels like an eternity now. Your patience is appreciated.

The manuscript is finishing up its beta run and I’m working through the feedback to make the book the best I can make it. However, life has (of course) thrown me a wrinkle in the form of a broken AC unit that will drain away what little money I have. This means that I may delay the professional edit until I can scrap together the funds to have it reviewed. I respect my reader’s time too much to forgo the critical work of an editor.

So, this means that I can’t even guess when the book will be completed for sale, at this point.

In the meantime, there is an abundance of terrific indie authors who need your attention and support. Many of them rely on their writing to pay the bills, and if you’re stuck at home with nothing to do, you should totally take a look at their work to see if they take your fancy. Even if I can’t give you my book to take your mind off hurting world, I can point you towards other books that will brighten your day.

So, without further ado, here is your summer reading list from me!

Structophis by Joseph R. Lallo

Terminal Alliance by Jim Hines

NPCs by Drew Hayes

Threadbare vol. 1 by Andrew Seiple

Enjoy and stay safe y’all.
